Study: The transcriptional profile of 'Candidatus Epulopiscium viviparus' within Naso tonganus guts at different time points throughout its diurnal cycle
show Abstracthide Abstract
Transcriptome of 'Candidatus Epulopiscium viviparus' type B cells found in Naso tonganus guts. The purpose is to see how the transcriptome of type B changes throughout the day as its host feeding pattern changes. Overall design: Samples are of type B cells isolated directly from the gut of Naso tonganus at early morning, mid morning, and evening time points. Each sample comes from a separate fish, thus they are biological replicates.
Sample: G195
