show Abstracthide AbstractLimited data are available on the structure of the rhizosphere microbial communities of Amaranthus spp. This bioproject is dedicated to the rhizomicrobiomes of A. tricolor cv. Valentina, A. cruentus cv. Dyuimovochka, A. caudatus cv. Bulava, and A. caudatus cv. Zelenaya Sosulka grown on soils with anthropogenic polyelemental anomalies. Comparison of the rhizomicrobiomes of Amaranthus living in different environmental conditions will make it possible to better understand the habitat-dependent and plant species (or cultivar)-dependent formation of these microbial communities
