SRX15600007: Metatranscriptome of hexavalent chromium polluted soil, Biostimulated with molasses
1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 11.6M spots, 1.7G bases, 819Mb downloads

Design: RNA was isolated using a an effective protocol for RNA extraction from difficult samples standardized in our lab and purified using RNA Clean & Concentrator kit (Zymo Research). Total RNA was used for Sequencing of paired-end reads in a UUSMB, UNAM. For the library selection, The RNA was mechanically fragmented, from the fragments cDNA was synthesized and later the second DNA strand was synthesized.
