Design: Library was prepared using the Nextera XT DNA Library Prep Kit. Briefly, genomic DNA was fragmented and tagged with adapter sequences using Illumina's tagmentation technology, followed by PCR amplification of the DNA inserts using dual index sequencing adaptors and library clean-up. Finally, the libraries were normalized and pooled for sequencing.
