Design: Genomic DNA was digested with the restriction enzyme EcoRI. T4 ligase was used to ligate a P1 adapter to the fragments. The ligation products were purified and PCR amplified. Agilent 2100 Bioanaylzer and qPCR were used to qualify and quantify the sample library.
