SRX490646: Genome sequencing of Burkholderia sp. strain LIG30
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 2.1M spots, 1G bases, 591.7Mb downloads

Submitted by: Oak Ridge National Laboratory
Study: Burkholderia sp. LIG30 Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Burkholderia are common soil bacteria capable of degrading recalcitrant aromatic compounds and xenobiotics. Burkholderia sp. str LIG30, was isolated from wet tropical forest soil and is capable of utilizing lignin as a sole carbon source. Here we report the draft genome sequence of Burkholderia sp. str LIG30.
Sample: Microbe sample for Burkholderia sp.
