Summary: Analysis of pancreatic islets of control diet (CD)-fed, 13 week old female offspring of high-fat-diet (HFD)-fed Sprague-Dawley males mated with CD-fed females. Results provide insight into molecular mechanisms contributing to Type 2 diabetes-related impairments seen in offspring of obese fathers.
Organism: Rattus norvegicus
