Analysis of Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 cultures treated with subinhibitory concentrations of rhein for 45 minutes. Rhein is an antimicrobial agent from rhubarb. Results provide insight into the efficacy of rhein against Staphylococcus aureus.
