Analysis of MG1655 cells at various time points up to 60 minutes following treatment with 15 ug/ml indole acrylate. Indole acrylate added to cells growing in Bonner-Vogel media. This is part of a study tracking transcriptional responses to over 30 chemical and physiological perturbations.
