Analysis of cerebellum and forebrain tissue of knock-in mice carrying 154 CAG repeats in the spinocerebellar ataxia type 1 (SCA1) locus at 4 and 12 weeks of age. Results provide insight into the pathophysiology of the neurodegenerative disease SCA1.
