PFL family protein
uncharacterized protein with similarity to the glycyl radical enzymes pyruvate formate lyase (PFL) and ribonucleotide reductase protein families
DUF711 family protein
The proteins in this family are functionally uncharacterised. The proteins are around 450 amino acids long and includes Streptococcus pneumoniae Sp0239 which is structurally similar to ribonucleotide reductase (RNR) and pyruvate formate lyase (PFL). It is likely that this family represents a group of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenases. (from Pfam)
