COMMENT     Paired end RNA-Seq reads from public SRA entries of this species
            are assembled de-novo with several RNA assemblers, using multiple
            options for kmer fragmenting, insert sizes, read coverage, quality
            and abundance filtering. EvidentialGene tr2aacds pipeline software
            is used to process the several million resulting assemblies by
            coding sequences, translate to proteins, score gene evidence
            including CDS/UTR quality, homology, and classify/reduce into a
            biologically informative transcriptome of primary and alternate
            transcripts.
