A rare localised lipodystrophy characterised by the appearance of asymptomatic, well-demarcated, variably sized, depressed, lipoatrophic lesions secondary to subcutaneous, intradermic or intramuscular drug injection, including corticosteroids, insulin, human growth hormone and antibiotics.
