RNA was extracted using Trizol. Total RNA from each sample was quantified by the NanoDrop ND-1000 and RNA integrity was assessed by standard denaturing agarose gel electrophoresis

1 μg of total RNA from each sample was amplified and transcribed into fluorescent cRNA with using the manufacturer’s Agilent’s Quick Amp Labeling protocol (version 5.7, Agilent Technologies).

Data processing |
The scanned images were analyzed with Agilent Feature Extraction software (version 10.5.1.1). Raw signal intensities were normalized in Median method by GeneSpring GX v11.5.1, and low intensity genes were filtered (Genes that at least 2 out of 3 samples have flags in Detected were chosen for further analysis).
