Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
Patient with Der22/ES; lymphoblast cell line.
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Label |
Cy3

Channel 2 |
Source name |
Genomic DNA from 7 normal male individuals (Promega)
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
Pooled genomic DNA from 7 normal male individuals (Promega); used as control.
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Label |
Cy5
Description |
High resolution comparative genome hybridization (HR-CGH) was performed in order to identify the exact breakpoints of large aberrations causing the respective disease.
Data processing |
For each spot on the array log2-ratios of the Cy3-labeled test sample versus the Cy5-labeled reference sample were calculated. Fluorescence intensity normalization was performed using the Qspline algorithm (Workman et al 2002), implemented as normalize.qspline in the Bioconductor package (www.bioconductor.org).
