Gene expression microarray data was extracted with Bead Studio 3.6 (Illumina, CA, USA). Normalization of data was performed with the quantile normalization method using R 2.9.2 program. Normalized signal intensity values were log 2 base transformed using Gene cluster 3.0 version for further analysis.
