Sample type RNA

Source name RUNX1/ETO knock-down 96h
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: SKNO-1
disease: Acute myeloid leukaemia
time: 96 h after 1st electroporation
Treatment protocol SKNO-1 cells were electroporated with 200 nM of either RUNX1/ETO siRNA (siRE) or mismatch siRNA (siMM) in three to four day intervals.
Growth protocol SKNO-1 cells were grown in RPMI1640 supplemented with 20% foetal calf serum, 2 mM glutamine and 7 ng/ml GM-CSF
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.
Label Biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared with the Ambion MessageAmp kit for Illumina arrays

Hybridization protocol Standard Illumina hybridization protocol
Scan protocol Standard Illumina scanning protocol
Description 96 h after 1st electroporation
Data processing The data were normalised using quantile normalisation with Lumi R package
