Label biotin
Label protocol Labeling was performed according to protocols from Affymetrix. Briefly, 5000 ng of total RNA was amplified and labeled. These samples were fragmented and combined with array hybridization controls (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA) in hybridization buffer. 11 µg of cRNA target were then hybridized with the GeneChip HG_U133 Plus 2.0 array (Affymetrix)
 
Hybridization protocol Hybridizations were performed according to protocols from Affymetrix.
Labeled RNA was hybridized to Human Genome U133 plus 2.0 microarray (Affymetrix).
Scan protocol Washing and scanning were performed using Fluidics Station 400 and
GeneChip Scanner (Affymetrix Inc.).
Data processing Expression value for each probe set was calculated using RMAExpress program that uses RMA (robust multi-array average) algorithm.
