Data processing |
The data were log2 transformed and normalized using quantile normalization with beadarray (version 2.46.0) in R/BioConductor. Probes were assigned to Entrez GeneIDs using the illuminaMousev1p1.db package (version 1.26.0). Unmapped genes were removed and replicate expression data for the same GeneID were also removed, retaining only the gene with the highest mean.
