RNA |
Source name |
miR-195 virus infected Ebf1–/– Lin– cells, replicate1
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
tissue: Fetal liver Lin– cells developmental stage: early B cell (around pro B cell)
Treatment protocol |
cultured with each 10ng/mL SCF, IL-7 and Flt-ligand
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was prepared using the Rneasy(Qiagen) following the manufacturer's recommendations.
Label |
Cy3
Label protocol |
100 ng RNA were labeled with Cyanine-3 (Cy3) using Agilent Whole Mouse Genome Microarray 4x44K v2 (Agilent) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Hybridization protocol |
600 ng of Cy3-labelled cRNA were hybridized using Gene Expression Hybridization Kit according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Scan protocol |
Slides were scanned immediately after washing on the Agilent DNA Microarray Scanner ( G2600D SG13164306) using one color scan setting for 4x44k array slides using scan protocol AgilentHD_HiSen_GX_1Color.
Description |
Gene expression of miR-195 transduced Ebf1–/– Lin– cells after B cell developing stimulation
Data processing |
The scanned images were analyzed with Feature Extraction Software 11.5.1.1 (Agilent) using default parameters (protocol GE1_1105_Oct12 and Grid: 026655_D_F_20110614) to obtain background subtracted and spatially detrended Processed Signal intensities. Features flagged in Feature Extraction as Feature Non-uniform outliers were excluded.
