Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted with Trizol reagent followed by purification with Qiagen’s RNeasy MiniKit, (cat no74106) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The DNase treatment was included and done with Qiagen’s RNase free DNase Set (cat no 79254) according to Qiagen’s protocol. cRNA quality was controlled by BioRad’s Experion electrophoresis station.
