Status Public on Dec 06, 2023
Title TMD8-#2
Sample type SRA

Source name TMD8
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: TMD8
cell type: DLBCL
genotype: Ibrutinib resistant clone
treatment: Ibrutinib (10nM)
Treatment protocol Cells were treated with Ibrutinib (10-20nM) for a year. Resistant clones were generated by serial dilution at 1:3 ratio. Resistant phenotype were confirmed by treat cells with ibrutinib compared to parental cell lines
Growth protocol DLBCL cells were grown in RPMI1640 media plus 20%FBS,1% penicillin, 1% streptomycin.
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol Total mRNA was extracted by Rneasy plus mini kit (Qiagen) following the manufacturer’s instructions.
cDNA library was construbuted by using Illumina Truseq RNA Library Prep Kit (RS-122-2002).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
