Title OCI-LY10-#11
Sample type SRA

Source name OCI-LY10
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: OCI-LY10
cell type: DLBCL
genotype: Ibrutinib resistant clone
treatment: Ibrutinib (20nM)
Treatment protocol Cells were treated with Ibrutinib (10-20nM) for a year. Resistant clones were generated by serial dilution at 1:3 ratio. Resistant phenotype were confirmed by treat cells with ibrutinib compared to parental cell lines
Growth protocol DLBCL cells were grown in RPMI1640 media plus 20%FBS,1% penicillin, 1% streptomycin.
