200ng of genomic DNA was whole-genome amplified in an overnight reaction at 37oC using amplification master mix (WG-AMM) and primer/neutralization mix (WG-MP1). After incubation the amplified DNA was fragmented with fragmentation mix (WG-FRG), precipitated with isopropanol and precipitation mix (PA1) and resuspended in hybridization buffer (RA1).

Genomic DNA extracted from leukemia bone marrow blast cells was genotyped using Human660W-Quad v1.0 Genotyping BeadChips (Illumina).

Genomic DNA extracted from blood was genotyped using Genotyping BeadChips (Illumina). Image data was analyzed using Genomestudio v2010.2 with GT module 1.6.3 (Illumina).
