Data processing |
Image preparation, signal intensity quantification and initial analysis were performed utsing the accompanying software from Applied biosystems (version 1.1.1). Only probes with normalized signals more than three standard deviations greater than the local background levels in at least half of the samples were included. Values with low quality scores were noted as missing and probes affected by array batch variation were identified and removed. The resulting dataset included 17 085 probes.
