Data processing |
Affymetrix ATH1 Arabidopsis chips (Affymetrix) were used for labeling, hybridization, scanning, and detection. Affymetrix Gene Chip software MAS 5.0 and GeneSpring 12.6 (Agilent) were applied for raw data collection. Raw data were processed by R packages affy, and normalized with gcRMA method.
