Data processing |
For each probe, replicate mesurements were averaged after removing outliers. After subtracting background signal intensities and applying a floor value of 0.01 was assigned to negative values, data were normalized using the cubic spline algorithm implemented in GenePattern IlluminaNormalizer module.
