Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extrated from euthanized mouse livers. RNeasy plus mini kit (Qiagen) was used for preparing high purity RNA. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions accompanying the TruSeq Stranded mRNA Library Prep.
