Description
Male SD rats were given a single dose of 1000mg/kg clofibrate using 0.9% saline as vehicle. Animal was sacrificed 24hrs post-dosing. Total RNA was extracted using the RNA STAT-60 kit from Tel-Test inc. Approximately 10ug of RNA was labeled according to the standard Affymetrix protocol. Signal values were calculated using the MAS 5.0 algorithm, with global scaling to 1500.
