Treatment protocol |
Cells were briefly resuspended in water and irradiated (or mock treated for unirradiated samples) with 100 J/m2 UV-C light with a Stratalinker 1800 (Stratagene). Cells were then resuspended in fresh YPD and allowed to recover for the indicated times by incubation with shaking at 30ºC.

Cells were grown overnight in liquid YPD with shaking at 30ºC to an OD600 = 1.0.
