RNA was extracted with RNeasy Lipid tissue Mini Kit (Qiagen), followed by clean-up and DNase I treatment with QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit in accordance with the prescribed protocol provided with the kit. Quality control was performed with Agilent Bioanalyser.
