Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted with TRIzol from 18-month-old spinal cords. RNA quality was measured using the Agilent Bioanalyzer system and processed using the Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Preparation Kit according to manufacturer’s protocols. A total of 14 cDNA libraries were simultaneously generated using llumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA Sample Preparation Kit and sequenced using an Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencer.
