Sample GSM3242639 Query DataSets for GSM3242639
Status Public on Mar 20, 2019
Title Ga13ΔM/ΔM_Basal
Sample type SRA

Source name Bone Marrow Macrophages
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
cell type: Bone Marrow Macrophages
genotype: Ga13flox/floxLysMcre(+)
agent: control
Treatment protocol Bone marrow macropahges were treated with RANKL for 5days.
Growth protocol Bone marrow was flushed from femur and tibia and cultured with M-CSF for 3 days to get bone marrow macrophages.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was harvested using RLT buffer from Rneasy RNA extraction kit. mRNA was purified by poly-A+ selection. Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Cat#FC-122-1001) was used for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 4000

Data processing Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to mm10 whole genome using STAR
Transcripts Per Million(TPM) were calculated using edgeR.
Genome_build: mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include TPM values for each Sample
