Label biotin
Label protocol Ten microgram of total RNA was used for cDNA synthesis, labeled by in vitro transcription, followed by fragmentation according to the manufacturer’s suggestion (GeneChip Expression Analysis Technical Manual rev5, Affymetrix).
 
Hybridization protocol Eleven microgram labeled samples were hybridized to the ATH1 Genome Array at 45℃ for 16.5 hr. Washing and staining involved Fluidic Station-450 and the ATH1 Genome
Scan protocol Array was scanned with use of the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 7G.
Description This experiment was conducted to reveal genes differentially expressed between wild-type Arabidopsis and lwd1lwd2 double mutant at ZT5-9.
Data processing The results were quantified and analyzed by use of MicroArray Suite 5.0 software (Affymetrix Inc.).
