Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA).
Label biotin
Label protocol Total RNA was converted to sense strand cDNA using Ambion WT Expression kit. For fragmentation and labeling WT GeneChip WT target Labeling kit was used.
 
Hybridization protocol Hybridization to Clariom™ D Assay_ human array catridge was carried out overnight with biotin-labeled cRNA according to the Affymetrix protocol.
Scan protocol Array plates were scanned using a GeneTitan scanner.
