Total RNA was isolated from PBMC using an illustra RNAspin mini RNA isolation kit (GE Healthcare) according to the manufacturer's protocol. 100 ng of total RNA was carried out to First-strand cDNA synthesis using GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit (Affymetrix).

Fragmented single-strand cDNA were subjected to 3' terminal labeling with biotin using GeneChip® WT PLUS Reagent Kit in accordance with manufacturer's protocol.

Hybridization protocol |
5.5 μg of fragmented and biotin-labeled single-strand cDNA were hybridized on ClariomTM D array (human) for 16 h at 45°C with rotation at 60 rpm using GeneChip® Hybridization Oven 645.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip® Scanner 3000 7G (Affymetrix).

Data processing |
The data were analyzed with Expression Console version 1.4.1 (Affymetrix) using default settings.
