Scan protocol Microarrays were scanned using the GCS3000 Gene Chip scanner (Affymetrix) and GCOS 1.4 software.
Description Microarray analysis were conducted at The Microarray Facility, University of Tuebingen Germany. RNA of the sample was subjected to two rounds of linear amplification using Affymetrix “Two-Cycle cDNA synthesis kit” (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Data processing Affymetrix MAS 5.0 software.
