Description |
Microarray analysis were conducted at The Microarray Facility, University of Tuebingen Germany. RNA of the sample was subjected to two rounds of linear amplification using Affymetrix “Two-Cycle cDNA synthesis kit” (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
