mNSCs were treated with adenoviral-GFP or adenoviral-Cre-recombinase available from VectorBiolabs.100MOI was used for infection. 24 hours post-infection, cells were washed and cultured in complete media.

Total RNA were assessed for quality with Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer G2939A (Agilent Technologies,Santa Clara, CA)) and Nanodrop 8000 spectrophotometer (Thermo Scientific/Nanodrop, Wilmington, DE). Hybridization targets were prepared with Ambion WT Expression Kit Life Technologies/Ambion (Grand Island, NY) and Affymetrix GeneChip WT Terminal Labeling Kit from total RNA.

(Affymetrix, Santa Clara,CA).
