Title |
82B d5 3a.RNAseq |
Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
wing imaginal disc
|
Organism |
Drosophila melanogaster |
Characteristics |
developmental stage: third instar wandering larvae dissection: Hand dissection genotype: ubxflp: FRT82B clones in Minute background time point: day5
|
Treatment protocol |
Wandering third instar larvae were collected and wing imaginal discs were isolated by dissection for each genotype on the day indicated (day 5 or 9). Dissection tools and surfaces were prepared with RNAseAway (Ambion.) Discs were dissected from larvae and transferred into RNAse-free 1xPBS on ice.
|
Growth protocol |
All flies were raised at 25˚C on standards fly food
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was extracted using RNAeasy mini spin kit (Qiagen). Quality control, library preparation and sequencing were performed by Genomic Technologies Facility at the Center for Integrative Genomics, University of Lausanne.
