RNA was isolated from THP-1 cells after 5 hours of treatment with IPA-3 (6 ug/mL), FRAX-597 (2 ug/mL) or an equal volume of DMSO using Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen).

Growth protocol |
THP-1 cells were purchased from ATCC and cultured according to ATCC recommendations (RPMI-1640 + 10%FCS + P/S). Cells were maintained in an incubator at 37°C and 5% CO2.
