| Data processing |
Data were processed using the limma (v3.14) and oligo (v1.22) packages in the R (v2.15) environment. Probeset level expression was derived using Robust Multi-array Average normalization. Non-specific filtering of 50% less intense and variable data was applied. Data were limited to core probe set only, and summarized at the gene expression level.
