Data processing |
Normalization of results was done using RQ Manager (Applied Biosystems). A common threshold was established across all array cards for each miRNA, expression levels were normalized to MammU6 and average delta-Ct was used in downstream analyses RQ Manager (Applied Biosystems) was used to compute normalized signals.
