Description Longissimus thoracis (LT) muscle from Charolais bull calf at 15 months of age. The animal has a mean growth potential (ICm). This muscle gives a meat which is tender (T+), juicier (J+) and tasty (F+).
Data processing After background correction and removal of flagged values, log base 2 expression ratios were normalized and scalled. This procedure is done with MADSCAN tool.
