Treatment protocol |
VSMCS were treated with 10ng/ml IFNγ for 8h or with 1ug/ml of LPS for 4h or with IFNγ for 4h followed by IFNγ and LPS for additional 4h.

VSMCs were cultivated in DMEM medium containing 4,5mg/l Glucose, 2mM L-glu, supplemented with 100U/ml penicillin and 100μg/ml streptomycin and 10% FBS.
