After fragmenting, 12.5 µg aRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45°C on Affymetrix GeneChip mouse genome 430 2.0 array (Affymetrix) GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000.

Data processing |
CEL files were quantified with the Robust Microarray Summarization (FARMS) algorithm, using the statistical language R and Bioconductor.
