In vitro grwoing cells were starved over night in DMEM 4,5g Glucose/L with 2% FBS and Pen-Strep afterwards human IFNα (Millipore) has been added in 200U/ml for: 0h, 4h, 8h, 24h

Growth protocol |
2fTGH and hST2-U3C cells were keept in DMEM 4,5g Glucose/L with 10% FBS and Pen-Strep. Cells were splited when they reached 80% - 90%.
