Data processing |
GeneChip Command Console AGCC software 3.2.4 was used to generate the CEL files. The computational pipeline was run on the bioinformatics platform GenomeSpace (http://www.genomespace.org/). Data were extracted from the CEL files and preprocessed by applying RMA and the quantile normalization procedures implemented in the ExpressionFileCreator module of the GenePattern software platform (Broad Institute, http://www.broadinstitute.org/cancer/software/genepattern/).
