Summary Analysis of the transcriptome pattern of miR-155 deficient Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMΦ) in both steady-state and inflammatory conditions after 6-, 12- and 24 h, in comparison to their WT counterparts.
 
Overall design Total bone marrow was cultured in 10 ng/mL M-CSF enriched RPMI-media for 9 days. Adherent cells (Macrophages) were either harvested or stimulated with 100 ng/mL LPS. Samples were taken at 0-, 6-, 12- and 24 h, and samples were sent for microarray analysis.
