Title Sec15 Controls STAT3 Traffic Direction to Modulate Hematopoietic Stem Cell Fate
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To advance the development of our gene expression approach in uncovering regulatory pathways, we utilized whole-genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes that could illuminate the role of the Sec15 gene. Liver tissues from Sec15 knockout and control mice were collected at six weeks of age to perform comparative analyses. This approach aimed to identify key gene expression changes linked to Sec15 deficiency

Overall design Sec15 knockout and control mice did not receive any treatment
