Title Effect of EZH2 inhibition on NUT carcinoma gene expression over time

Summary To determine roughly the time point at which most transcriptional changes occur in response to tazemetostat (taz, aka EPZ-6438 (EPZ)) treatment of NUT carcinoma cells, we performed RNAseq over a time course.
 
Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for PER-403 and 10-15 NUT carcinoma cells treated with taz for 36h, 72h, 96h, and 144h.
